Final Review - Day 3 of BluePrintCleanse

Day 3 was interesting. By that point, the cleanse was pretty anticlimactic since I was never running to the bathroom. Physically I felt GREAT, much thinner and lighter. I was still able to workout every day and had plenty of energy. Mentally, I went back and forth on Day 3 -- it's exciting that it is the last day, but it is also hard to remember by that point why I decided to do a juice cleanse. So my brain kept going back and forth between being excited I did it to annoyed I had done it. Overall, good experience. I think I would do a juice cleanse again.

They recommend you come out of the cleanse the following day eating only fruits and veggies to ease your digestive system back into practice. I definitely recommend this because the sandwich I ate did not stay in my system for too long.

Now, I just need to purchase a juicer so I can drink green juice daily.
